BOOKING POLICY

24 HR CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

LATE CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, or fail to attend, a 50% fee of the total booking will be charged.

RUNNING LATE

If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to adjust your service to fit within the allocated time, while the full service price may still apply.
